Ozone 2.0 - Atmosphere Solution for Lightwave 3D™ |
The Complete Solution for LightWave Atmospheres!
![]() The atmospheres you build with Ozone 2.0 are part of a world. A world that extends far beyond your scene. A world with an ambiance, with clouds, fog, haze and all... Real clouds, infinite ones, not just a backdrop picture of a sky. And this world is coherent. And best of all, you can act upon every aspect of it... Sporting 6 plug-ins and two atmospheric models, over 100 preset atmospheres and 100 preset cloud shapes, Ozone 2.0 is the most complete, elaborate and productive solution for creating realistic (or surrealistic) skies and atmospheres in LightWave! Ozone 2's ease of use and feature set begins where Lightwave's built in SkyTracer ends. |

"Ozone 2.0 makes it much easier to create more realistic animations.
The ability to animate and control the direction of the wind really helped me on this [TV weather forecast] project.
Ozone 2.0 really looks great and is a welcome addition to our 3D toolbox."

Sample Ozone 2.0 preset atmospheres
Sunshine, sunset, bad weather – Ozone 2.0 handles them all!
Start with any of the 100 predefined atmospheres (bad weather, bright daytime, sunset, night time and more); if needed, customize it with one of the 100 predefined cloud shapes to achieve exactly what you have in mind.
Fog or haze maybe? Thank God you're using Ozone 2.0 because Skytracer doesn't include any fog effect! Now you can put together thick obscure atmospheres, where air is saturated with moisture and objects get lost in the mist. Pile as many cloud layers as you need, adjust their complexity, their density, exposure and shape, the surrounding light or darkness, add effects such as rainbows, stars or ice rings... You are in total control!
