I purchased Vue Esprit 9 and joined the Cornucopia with a 1 year commitment. I have since been laid off and had to got to hospital with no Health Insurance, so I am broke. I wrote to Cornucopia to cancel my membership as money is tight right now. The person canceled my membership but pointed out I had not downloaded my free Vue 10 Espirit. She got somebody to reset the download because it said I had already downloaded the program 3 times which I had not. When I tried to download it I got the message to try again in a few minutes. I tried again and got the same message, till I had tried 3 times where upon I got the message I had already downloaded the program 3 times, which again I had not down loaded twice. It appears there is no way to e-mail you guys. The person at Cornucopia suggested I use Firefox to download, which I would do but I can not, because you guys mistakenly think I have downloaded it 3 times. I had bought about half the modules and I guess they would not work with Vue 10, but if I ever get back on my feet at least I would have the latest program. I just hope someone at Vue monitors this forum. If I am just writing to subscribers, I guess I am just wasting my time.

Steven, first of all, sorry to hear you are in dire straits. You should recontact the cornucopia3d admins so they can reset your download count, and try downloading with another browser.
Don't worry, we will get you your product. I'm sorry it's taking so many hoops.
Are you using McAfee by any chance. Turn off Net Guard on your Firewall if you are using it. Had the same issue more or less. Turned out to be Net Guard.
McAfee is working on the fix. Another symptom is download not completing and pages needing refreshed, along with the inability to view YouTube vids correctly.
No I have AVG On computer. Not sure why I get message On web To "try again in few minutes" This message is undoubtedly sent by e-on's web site. Also Have not idea that this message constitutes a download. Unfortunately I have leaned that for one reason or another this is not a customer friendly site.
