I installed Lumen RT2 but it doesn't work

Hello:

I recently purchased and downloaded Lumen RT2.
It installed fine and I activated it fine but it doesn't work.

The button,s show up in my sketchup but when I press them nothing happens.

I've uninstalled the reinstalled twice and still nothing.

Any ideas?

Check the Ruby error console to see if there are any messages in there. If problems persist, contact tech support.

Thanks Steve:
Not sure what a Ruby Error Console is or where to find it.
I ended up uninstalling Lumen RT2-64bit and installed Lumen RT2-32 bit even though my machine is a 64 bit.
Now the buttons work but now it won't regen without it locking up and giving me the following error:
"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way."
I've contacted support over a week ago but nothing.

What do you mean "nothing"?
You opened a ticket and never heard back? Can you tell me the I'd of your ticket so I can find what is wrong?

All I got was Lee saying it would be forwarded to the Techs.
It may have but I think it got lost in the "paperwork".

I have to show this to a client in a week.

Can you help me Steve?

What's unusual is that the trial version worked but the paid for version doesn't.
