I'm a registered V5I user. I've recently purchased a new PC and am in the process of reloading my Vue Software. During the final part (upgrading V5PS to V5I), it states that the serial number is incorrect. I've tried both the INST and the VUE5PSB serial numbers but get the same error message. I can run V5PS without issue. Any suggestions that can be passed along?
I've just tried to install Vue 5 Infinite using your registration information. When it asked me to enter the Vue 5 Pro Studio serial number, I copy/pasted yours and it was accepted. Are you sure you entered it correctly, without any typo? you should check that there is no carriage return or blank space when copying it (you can try to enter it manually to be sure there is no extra character).
If the problem persists, you should contact the technical support.
I had to remove all the installations and start from the beginning. That corrected the issue, but I have no idea as to where the problem was coming from.
