Hi all,
Did some projects with SU8 Pro and LTR1.2. It worked well for a few projects, I was happy!
Then, all of a sudden, when I try to export from SU, nothing happens.
The pluggins show in the SU menus, but don't work.
I've reinstalled LumenRT several times, even updated to the 1.3, nada!
The problem occurred progressively: first, I had a few error messages and fake Lumencubes were generated. When clicking on them, the error message was claiming my video card was not appropriate. In the same time, former Lumencubes still show on fine, I just can't produce new ones.
Very disappointing!
Regards,
RM

Roland,

Like I said in the other thread, you should contact tech support.

Best regards

Hi,
Just in case others have this problem: when (and if) re-installing, make sure you indicate the files where you want LumenRT to create and save the cube and images - it won't create them automatically, while it might let you think it does so!
Also, I had "to tell" my nVidia card to treat the Lumen related software; if not, the Intel garphic card was in charge, with slow time and error messages occurring...
I'm running a PC with Windows 7...

LumenRT works perfectly well for me now!
Thanks e-on,
RM
