im tryin to download the Upgrade for Ozone and when rech 99% i got error msg and the download stop!! i try 3 times but stil same error?? is there any others ways to download the Upgrade ??

no help or support??so why the FU#$ you guys have a forum??if i cant download what i paid for then i want refound!

this is the 1st time i see Company like this dont evin care about cutomers!!???

You should go in the section "Customer Care > Contact a technician" for this kind of problem.
